Pterygoid Implants for Atrophic Maxilla
This lady was wearing an upper denture for many years and was not happy with it.
We restored her smile with an implant-supported hybrid bridge in the upper arch and a lower chrome partial denture.
Pterygoid implants were used for additional support in this case.
